This development features 29 high-quality, architecturally designed two-storey workstore units, purpose-built to accommodate a wide range of industrial and commercial uses. Commissioned by client Motif, the project aims to create a versatile and future-focused precinct that caters to the evolving needs of modern businesses.
The entire precinct covers approximately 5,500 square metres, including both internal work areas and dedicated car parking to ensure accessibility and convenience for occupants and their clients. Designed with functionality and visual appeal in mind, this development creates an adaptable environment where businesses of all types can thrive.
Each unit includes a mezzanine level, offering additional flexible space for office, storage, or operational use. Constructed using robust tilt panel methods, the buildings provide durability, security, and a professional aesthetic suited to both light industrial and commercial activities.
