The upgrade incorporated a new café, refreshed lobby and amenities, alongside a range of seating and breakout spaces. The design creates greater connection between the building and its outdoor plaza while providing tenants and visitors with more opportunities to meet, work and enjoy the space.
Delivered for Charter Hall alongside Neoscape and Gray Puksand, the refurbishment required careful coordination within an operational commercial environment. The completed works have repositioned the ground floor as a welcoming, functional and considered space for tenants and visitors.
