The refurbishment included the complete reconfiguration of the gaming-room and general bathrooms, incorporating new ladies’, men’s and accessible facilities. Upgraded finishes, fixtures, custom joinery, lighting and coordinated building services were integrated throughout to create durable, compliant and user-friendly spaces.
