Melrose was engaged by Re-Grow Capital Group to deliver the refurbishment of the entry and foyer at 51 Alfred Street, Fortitude Valley. The upgrade was designed to strengthen the building’s street presence and create a more contemporary and welcoming arrival experience for tenants and visitors.
The works focused on revitalising the building’s key arrival spaces through upgraded finishes, improved functionality and a refreshed entry façade and foyer. Careful planning and coordination allowed the refurbishment to be delivered within an operational commercial environment while minimising disruption to building users.
Working alongside DMA Partners and Little Boat Projects, Melrose delivered the design intent through a considered approach to construction, detailing and finishes. The completed refurbishment provides 51 Alfred Street with a renewed identity at ground level, improving its presentation, usability and overall tenant experience.
