Melrose recently delivered the refurbishment of Oxenford Tavern under a Design and Construct contract for Cayas + Ward and ALH. The project revitalises key patron areas to enhance the customer experience while aligning the venue with ALH’s current hospitality standards.
The refurbishment includes upgrades to the sports bar, gaming lounge, dining area and DOSA, complemented by minor façade improvements. The renewed spaces have been designed to create a functional, welcoming environment that supports a diverse range of patron experiences.
Working within an operational hospitality environment, Melrose carefully staged construction to maintain venue operations and minimise disruption to patrons and staff. Close collaboration with the client, consultants and suppliers ensured a high-quality outcome that supports the tavern’s ongoing success.
