Melrose delivered the Level 19 commercial fitout at 12 Creek Street for Marquette Properties, creating a contemporary workplace within Brisbane’s iconic Blue Tower. The project builds on Melrose’s previous experience within the building, following the delivery of the Level 2 speculative suite for Marquette.
The works included demolition and the delivery of new partitions, ceilings and glazing, floor finishes, custom joinery and acoustic treatments, furniture and workstations, alongside hydraulic, electrical, mechanical and fire services. The project also incorporated new stone finishes and a comprehensive furniture and FF&E package.
Working within an operational commercial building required careful consideration of neighbouring tenants and ongoing building operations. Melrose coordinated site establishment, services, material movements and construction activities to minimise disruption, with noise and vibration-generating works planned outside regular building hours.
