Melrose delivered the new-build Gardenia Early Learning centre at Ellen Grove, creating a purpose-built environment designed to support the needs of children, educators and families. The two-storey facility combines contemporary learning spaces with extensive outdoor areas to provide a welcoming and functional early learning environment.
The centre incorporates a mix of indoor learning rooms, amenities and supporting spaces alongside landscaped outdoor play environments. Natural gardens, sensory play areas and dedicated play equipment provide varied opportunities for exploration and activity, with the indoor and outdoor spaces designed to work together throughout the centre.
From Construction to Community
Delivered for RM Developments, with Gardenia Early Learning as the operator, the project required the coordination of a diverse range of architectural, services, landscaping and specialist childcare elements. The completed facility provides a contemporary new early learning centre for the growing Ellen Grove community.
