Melrose was engaged to upgrade the changeroom facilities at Brothers Ipswich Rugby League Club to support the rapid growth of women’s teams. Reconfiguring Existing Facilities

Works centred on the subdivision of two larger changerooms into four smaller, purpose-built spaces, improving usability and flexibility for multiple teams. The reconfiguration maximises the existing footprint while enhancing amenity and supporting simultaneous use across the club.

Delivered Within a Compressed Program

The project required immediate mobilisation to meet a tight deadline ahead of pre-season training. Demolition was completed prior to the Christmas shutdown, with the site secured over the break before works resumed. The upgrades were delivered on time and within budget, ensuring a smooth handover for the client.
