Melrose was engaged by Brisbane Catholic Education and Generate Property Group to deliver upgrades across key areas of St Augustine’s College, including the refurbishment of the school hall, adjacent General Learning Area (GLA) building, and the construction of a covered walkway linking the two facilities.
Works include reconfiguration of the hall, moving the stage back for greater flexibility, upgraded music and drama spaces, and a new awning, alongside a refreshed GLA building with modern classrooms and a mock hospital setup. A covered walkway and landscaping tie the precinct together, improving circulation and usability.
The works provide St Augustine’s College with modern, flexible, and connected spaces that enhance learning outcomes and strengthen engagement.
