Melrose was engaged to deliver the relocation of Cushman & Wakefield’s Brisbane office to Level 27 at 123 Eagle Street within the CBD.
The project reimagined the tenancy to create a functional, high-performance workspace that supports the firm’s dynamic operations and client-facing culture.
The fitout encompassed complete demolition and rebuild works, new ceilings and partitions, custom joinery, and integration of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire services. Finishes and FF&E installations were selected to align with Cushman & Wakefield’s global workplace aesthetic and operational standards.
