Melrose was engaged to deliver the relocation of Cushman & Wakefield’s Brisbane office to Level 27 at 123 Eagle Street within the CBD.

The project reimagined the tenancy to create a functional, high-performance workspace that supports the firm’s dynamic operations and client-facing culture.

The fitout encompassed complete demolition and rebuild works, new ceilings and partitions, custom joinery, and integration of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and fire services. Finishes and FF&E installations were selected to align with Cushman & Wakefield’s global workplace aesthetic and operational standards.

Delivered within a live commercial building, the project required careful staging and coordination with base building operations and tenant access.

High-performance IT, AV and communications infrastructure were integrated to meet global technology and security requirements, while bespoke joinery, acoustic treatments and refined finishes reflected the client’s corporate identity. Melrose worked closely with Cushman & Wakefield’s project management and design teams through Procore-based controls and reporting to ensure transparency and quality assurance. Programmed for delivery between October and December 2024, the project followed a tightly sequenced schedule to achieve an accelerated completion.

The result is a refined and functional workplace that reflects Cushman & Wakefield’s brand presence while supporting productivity and connection across teams. Through proactive coordination and quality craftsmanship, Melrose delivered a streamlined relocation that met both program and design expectations.
