Melrose was engaged by Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of the Casino RSM Club to deliver a targeted refresh across key public areas, including the exterior façade, ground floor reception and level 1 atrium. The project enhances the club’s presentation while maintaining its connection to the local community.
Works included partial demolition and refurbishment of finishes, alongside new joinery, floor and ceiling upgrades. Services were also upgraded across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and fire systems, improving functionality while maintaining the integrity of the existing building.
Delivered within a live venue, the project required careful staging to minimise disruption to daily operations, with a significant portion of works completed outside trading hours. The result is a modernised and functional environment that elevates the club’s appearance while respecting its heritage character.
