Delivering a New Community Clubhouse

Melrose is delivering a new clubhouse for the Brisbane Netball Association at 470 Rode Road, Chermside, creating a purpose-built facility to support the organisation’s growing community. The project provides a central hub for players, staff and visitors, enhancing the overall functionality of the precinct.

From Early Contractor Involvement to Construction

Working alongside Tango in an Early Contractor Involvement capacity, Melrose contributed to refining the design and identifying cost efficiencies prior to construction. Following demolition of the existing structure, works progressed with the installation of an architectural steel frame and the fitout of office spaces, meeting rooms, and changeroom and bathroom facilities.

Completed and Ready for Use

The project has been completed with final landscaping, carpark works and linemarking delivering a cohesive and fully operational facility. The new clubhouse provides Brisbane Netball Association with a functional and welcoming environment, ready to support players, staff and the wider community.
