Melrose proudly delivered an extensive building reposition project in the heart of Nundah Village. The Post Office Building and Historic Phone Exchange required significant renovation and refurbishment to keep up to pace with the remarkable growth of Nundah over the past decade. As a highly sought after location for commercial development, the key works focused on the contemporary expansion of this commercial space, beautification of the adjoining laneway and  façade upgrade. 

Working closely alongside Barakat Properties and Design Inc, this iconic corner of Nundah Village was completely revitalised and refurbished to provide new office spaces and increased street appeal.
