Melrose completed the fit-out of the second level of 180 Queen St, Brisbane. This iconic heritage-listed building, located above Brisbane’s flagship Louis Vuitton store, was transformed into a spacious, open-plan office space, which will serve as the new corporate home for a global real estate investment manager.

Working within strict heritage guidelines, one of the key aspects of this project was the thoughtful preservation of the building’s nearly 100-year-old components.
