Melrose proudly delivered Longwang, a truly unique Modern Asian restaurant located in Brisbane’s CBD.

This custom-built, two-story establishment was constructed in what used to be a laneway between two high-rise buildings. Measuring just 3 meters in width, the restaurant stretches 30 meters across both levels. Highlights include a private dining area, ‘Chef’s Table’ and an open air bar with curved frontage, extending above Edward Street.

A vision made real.

Longwang started as a vision to fill a void between two CBD high rise buildings. After a competitive tender process, Melrose was appointed as the Principal Contractor to turn this empty shell into Brisbane’s most unique dining location. This custom-built venue blends bold design with an intimate dining experience, making it a standout addition to Brisbane’s culinary scene
