The transformation of an iconic outback Hotel built in the early 1900s required real care.
The Australian Hotel in Murgon has a rich history and Melrose was proud to be entrusted the hotel’s largest renovation in recent history. The Hotel was built around 1912 and has been an iconic destination for the Queensland regional town for over 80 years.
A project delivered with real care.
Completed over two stages, an important aspect of this revitalisation project was ensuring that the busy pub and bottle shop could continue to trade around the extensive renovation works.
The project scope included the full refurbishment and fitout of both the hotel and its onsite bottle shop.
Completed over two stages, this project involved careful planning to ensure the busy pub and bottle shop remain operational throughout the fitout.
