We are thrilled to announce our collaboration with Epoca Constructions Pty Ltd and Frank Developments to construct Ducale, an exclusive lifestyle residential development in Brisbane’s inner-city suburb of Teneriffe.
Building from the ground up, Ducale will feature one and two-storey homes across eight boutique levels. When constructed, residents will enjoy the convenience of inner city living combined with sweeping views of the Brisbane River, the city skyline, and the leafy Teneriffe Hill. The development includes an array of luxurious amenities, including a rooftop pool with cabanas and daybeds, a smart fitness gym and a business centre. Construction & Development Updates
There has been a lot of activity onsite at our Ducale development over the past few months and we're excited to share the latest progress with you.
Located in Brisbane's inner city suburb of Teneriffe, Ducale offers 26 exclusive one and two-storey homes as well as amenities including a rooftop pool, poolside cabanas, a state-of-the-art gym, and elegant dining and entertainment areas.

With the completion of the diaphragm wall, construction is seamlessly progressing at Ducale - and our team couldn't be happier. The first pour section of the capping beam is scheduled for the coming week, marking yet another major project milestone.
