The opportunity
We’re looking for a proven Site Manager to lead an upcoming new build commercial project from the ground up. This role demands someone with a track record of delivering new builds safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

What you’ll do

  • Lead day-to-day site operations, from foundations to final handover.
  • Take charge of safety – setting the standard, coaching teams, and ensuring compliance with all WHS obligations.
  • Manage and motivate subcontractors, suppliers, and junior staff.
  • Deliver program milestones with a sharp eye on time, cost, and quality.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams.
  • Maintain accurate reporting, site records, and documentation.

What you’ll bring

  • Essential: Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build commercial projects valued $2M–$10M+.
  • Strong trade or structural background with excellent construction methodology knowledge.
  • Uncompromising commitment to safety – you set the tone and lead by example.
  • Ability to inspire site teams, hold subcontractors accountable, and resolve challenges quickly.
  • Current White Card and relevant site qualifications/tickets.
